木薯淀粉接枝含氟单体合成纸张施胶剂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以木薯淀粉为主要原料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,用乳液聚合法合成淀粉-含氟丙烯酸酯(St-g-FA)接枝共聚物纸张施胶剂。单因素实验分析表明,反应温度为40℃时,接枝率、接枝效率和单体转化率分别达到31%、46%和100%,继续升高反应温度,接枝效率、接枝率和单体转化率均逐渐降低,55℃时甚至发生凝胶现象。单体转化率基本不受引发剂浓度影响,接枝率和接枝效率随引发剂浓度的增加先增大后减小,分别在0.0621mol/L和0.0829mol/L时达到最大值。单体转化率不受淀粉单元浓度的影响,接枝率和接枝效率分别在淀粉单元浓度为0.257mol/L和0.288mol/L时达到最大值。乳化剂用量对接枝效率、接枝率和单体转化率没有显著影响。该施胶剂对提高纸张防油性能具有明显的效果。 Emulsion polymerization method is used to synthesize graft copolymers as a new paper sizing agent with cassava starch as the main raw material, which is grafted with fluorinated acrylate monomer(FA), using ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator. The results of single factor analysis indicated that when reaction temperature is 40℃, the percentage of grafting( PG), the grafting efficiency (GE) and the conversion of the monomers (C) is 31%, 46% and 100% respectively, as the temperature continues to rise GE,PG and C will decrease, even the gel occurs when the reaction temperature is at 55℃. The initiator concentration has no effect on C, but has effect on PG and GE, they reach their top level at the initiator concentration of 0. 0621 mol/L and 0. 0829 mol/L respectively. GE,PG and C are not affected by the dosage of the emulsifier. Results showed that starch grafted with fluorinated acrylate is efficient in improving paper's oil-proof ability.
