摘要
目的调查北京西南地区城市在职工作人员血压、血脂、血糖异常的发生率,分析其与正常体重、超重、肥胖的关系。方法在2008年度于我中心体检的41320人中,随机选取城市在职工作人员10000例,年龄在20～60岁人群为样本。按我国体质指数建议指标,分类出体重正常、超重、肥胖人群;再根据不同的年龄段统计出不同人群、不同年龄段高血压、高血脂、高血糖的发生率。结果①在10000例受调查者中,超重2831例,占28.31%;肥胖1436例,占14.36%;体重正常5733例,占57.33%。②体重正常5733例,其中高血压636例(11.09%),高血脂536例(9.35%),高血糖278例(4.85%)。③超重2831例,其中高血压745例(26.32%),高血脂628例(22.18%),高血糖349例(12.33%)。④肥胖1436例,其中高血压588例(40.95%),高血脂454例(31.62%),高血糖234例(16.30%)。结论①北京西南地区城市人群中超重和肥胖人群比例增高趋势明显;②高血压、高血脂、高血糖的发生率与体重的增加有明显关系,不同年龄的发生率不同。
Objective To investigate the incidence of abnormal blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure in urban population of south-west area of Beijing and explore the relationship between the incidence with the body mass index （BMI）. Methods 10 000 persons with stable work and age from 20 to 60 year old were investigated. According to the standard recommended by World Health Organization, 10 000 persons were divided into 3 groups, normal, overweight and obesity. The relationships of BMI and incidence of abnormal blood glucose, blood pressure and lipids were analyzed. Results The incidences of over weights and obesity＇s were 28.31%（2831） and 14.36%（1436）. In the normal group, the incidences of hypertension, diabetes, and high TG with low HDL were 11.09%, 4.85%, 9.35% respectively. In the overweight group, the incidence of hypertension, diabetes, and high TG with low HDL was 26.32%, 12.33%, 22.18% respectively. In the obesity group, the incidence of hypertension, diabetes, and high TG with low HDL was 40.95%, 16.30%, 31.62% respectively. Conclusions In the urban population of the south-west area of Beijing ,the incidence of obesity and overweight is high. Obesity and overweight are related to the incidence of hypertension, diabetes and high TG with low HDL.
