摘要
文化产业的特殊性,决定了文化产业经营管理人才素质和能力的特殊性,为培养这种特殊行业的特殊人才,文化产业管理的人才教育必须更新教育观念,创新人才培养模式。"产学政研"紧密结合的四元一体结构模式是目前高校尤其是应用型高校文化产业管理专业人才培养的有效模式。
The particularity of euhure industries determines the qualities and capacities of management personnel in cultural industries. In order to cultivate this particular group of management personnel, educational ideas in cultural industry management must be changed and personnel training model innovated. And the integrated model of ＂industry, school, administration and research＂ has become the effective one for training management professionals in cultural industries in application-oriented colleges and universities.
