摘要
采用国产六面顶压机,研制出高效大功率掘进机用高性能金刚石复合截齿头。所研制的截齿头磨耗比在5×104以上,抗冲击功在900J以上,在720℃保温2h的条件下,具有很好的热稳定性。采用所研制的高性能金刚石复合截齿头试制的新型金刚石复合截齿,与国内现今普遍使用的硬质合金截齿相比,其效率提高20%左右,寿命则是其5倍以上。
The high performance diamond enhanced insert used in the roadheader was developed by using the cubic hinge press made in China. The results show that the grinding ratio is more than 5 X 10^4, the anti-impact toughness is more than 900 J, and it has good thermal stability at 620℃ for 2h. Compared with the cemented carbide cutter,the efficiency of the products with the enhanced inserts increases about 20 %, and the working life increases more than 5 times.
