摘要
提出了发动机喷管最小机械直径热态变形的光学测量方法。应用该方法对某型发动机喷管第2排调节片出口处外缘在热态时的变化值进行测量,首次获得了发动机喷管第2排调节片出口处外缘在热态时的变化值,根据此变化值计算出喷管最小机械直径热态变形,为发动机喷管设计、改进、完善提供了重要的数据。
Optics measurement method applied to measure the hot deformation of aeroengine nozzle at minimum mechanical diameter was proposed. Firstly, the variation of deformation on the second row flap exit edge was measured using optics device. Subsequently, the nozzle hot deformation at minimum mechanical diameter was calculated according to the variation. The method could provide significant reference for the design and improvement of the nozzle.
