摘要
针对飞机叶片表面变形量测量要求提出一种非接触式光学测量方法。对测量原理及测量方案进行了阐述,分析了误差来源,并估算了系统测量精度。该测量方法具有简便易行、操作方便、测量精度高等优点。
This paper presents an untouched optical measuring method in finding out the deformation of an aircraft engine vane. In this paper the principle of measurement is expounded, the source of error is analyzed and the precision of the measurement is estimated. This method has the advantage of high precision, and is simple in operation and convenient in use.
