摘要
根据发动机结构和热力学的特点,将发动机整机分解成8个组件对象,设计了基于组件的航空发动机部件模型,建立了发动机模型的组件库,并设计了实时数据库组件和算法组件等辅助仿真组件;采用所建立的组件库成功构建了单轴涡喷发动机和双轴混排涡扇发动机的模型,并进行了稳态和动态仿真,与GSP相比,该仿真结果误差小;验证了基于组件的发动机部件级建模的有效性。
According to structure and thermodynamics characteristics, an aeroengine component model and COM libraries were built with eight COM objects based on Microsoft COM technology. The aided simulation COM such as real-time libraries COM and the algorithm COM were also designed. The models of single-spool turbojet engine and dual-spool turbofan engine were built with the COM libraries, and the steady and dynamic simulations were successfully performed. The results show the error is smaller than GSP's. The aeroengine component modeling based on COM is verified to be effective.
