摘要
研究了面向对象的航空发动机数值仿真平台实现机理,构建了涡扇发动机及其控制系统模型库,采用面向对象方法完成了模型库及辅助类库的代码实现;研究了交互式仿真界面及模块化构建仿真系统的关键技术,在此基础上结合模型库、辅助类库构建了涡扇发动机及其控制系统通用仿真平台,仿真结果表明,该平台可计算发动机从零加速到最大状态的全程实时动态仿真,动态误差小于8%,控制系统响应快,超调小,能够满足发动机控制仿真的需求.
The method of platform is investigated. Basic developing object oriented aeroengine numerical simulation class hierarchy for turbofan engine and control system performance simulation was designed. These basic classes together with some other assistant classes were coded through object-oriented computer language. The key technology for programming interactive graphical user interface and modular simulation system was introduced. A general numerical simulation platform for turbofan engine and control system was developed. Simulation results show that the platform can simulate turbofan engine dynamic process from near zero to maximal state, and the dynamic simulation error is less than 8%. The control system has quick response with suitable percent overshot. The platform is suitable for aeroengine and control system simulation.
