摘要
马氏珠母贝是我国南方沿海地区人工培育海水珍珠的最常用贝类,目前已在养殖生态、生理生化及分子生物学方面对其进行了广泛的研究。文章综述了我国马氏珠母贝的育种、人工育苗、养殖容量、术前处理、药用和食用价值开发,及其所育海水珍珠的成分分析、育珠技术、价值开发等方面的研究进展,分析了当前海水珍珠产业发展概况,最后指出今后关注和研究的主要方向,以加深对马氏珠母贝及海水珍珠产业的整体认识。
Pinctada martensii（Dunker） is the most used shellfish for artificial breeding of seawater pearl in coastal areas of southern China,and this species has been used widely to study physiology,biochemistry and molecular biology during recent years.The present study summarizes the recent developments in breeding,artificial baby shellfish raising,carrying capacity and pre-operational treatment.The present studies explored the medicinal and food values,and the component analysis of the pearls.Various breeding techniques and value-added developments in seawater pearls of Pinctadan martensii and the present status of pearl industry have also been analyzed.This paper describes the main points of future attention and research in order to expand the recognition of Pinctada martensii and pearl industry.
