摘要 目的确定杭白芍的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验方法,对不同生长年限的芍药根及芍药的不同加工品,以及芍药的不同药材部位中的芍药苷含量进行比较。结果最佳工艺为:15%乙醇,溶剂量35mL,提取时间30min。不同加工品中芍药苷含量的高低次序为:鲜品>烘干品>煮后晒干品;不同生长年限芍药根的芍药苷含量的高低次序为:4年>3年>2年>1年;不同器官的芍药苷含量的高低次序为:叶>茎>花,其中叶中含量为1.91%,茎中为0.56%,花中为0.37%。结论对白芍生产的中药工业化提取提供了依据。 Objective To study extraction process from the root of Paeonia lactiflora. Methods The extraction process using ethanol as the solvent with ultrasonic wave treatment was optimized by the orthogonal design. The contents of paeoniflorin in roots of different growth years and different organs were analyzed and compared. Results The optimum extraction condition was with 35 mL of 15% ethanol, extracting time 30min. The contents of paeoniflorin were obvious different in the root of Paeonia lactiflora treated by three kinds of process, and the content of paeoniflorin in fresh sample was about as twice as that of dried after boiling. The contents of paeoniflorin are obvious different in the root of different growth year, and the root cultivated for four years is most content. The content of paeoniflorin in the leaf is more than the stem and flower, and the content of leaf is 1.91%, the stem is 0.56%, rational and feasible, and it provided the flower is 0.37%. Conclusion reference for industrial production The ultrasonic extracting technique was of Chinese Medicines.
