摘要 在计算机上对不同采集期芍药根中甙类和苯甲酸成分含量进行了多元数量化回归分析。分析了4个自变量,11个因变量,运算得到偏相关系数、复相关系数。发现芍药根中化学成分含量(产量)主要受其植物内部自身生长发育规律的制约,而气温、降雨量等外部因素对其影响占次要地位。 Computer-aided multivariate quantitative correlation analysis was applied to the glucoside and benzoic acid contents of peony root in different collecting seasons. 4 independent and 11 dependent variables were taken to calculate the correlation coefficient and multi-correlatoin coefficient. The comparison of correlation coefficients shows that the contents are conditioned primarily by the ontogenetic stages in the plant itself and secondarily by external factors such as air temperature and rainfall, etc.
