乳化复合液体维生素制备工艺的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 对维生素口服溶液剂制备工艺条件进行了筛选,并对所用乳化剂种类、助乳化剂用量和乳化温度进行考察。结果表明对处方量的维生素采用12.5%OP-10乳化剂、5%稳定剂,乳化温度60℃,所制备的液体多维在4~25℃下12个月内无沉淀析出,外观颜色无明显改变,表明所制定的制剂工艺路线可行,适合大批量生产。 To optimize the preparation procedure for compound vitamins micro-emulsion. Affecting Factors including soecies of emulsifier, quantity of stabilizer and emulsifying temperature were studied. The results showed that the optimization contritions were: the concentration of emulsifier OP-10 was 12.5%, the concentration of stabilizer was 5%, and the emulsifying temperature was 60 ℃. In this condition, the preparation was stable at 4-25 ℃ for 1 year. There was no significant change in color and appearance, indicating that this method was suitable for mass production.
