摘要
高校管理信息化是新世纪以来与我国高校内部管理体制改革并行的管理改革进程,对于深化高校内部管理体制改革、优化高校管理资源、提高高校管理效能具有重要的作用。但是,高校在动力、机制、文化等方面的制约因素使高校管理信息化的进展不能满足管理改革和发展的需要。加速高校管理信息化进程应坚持需求导向、循序渐进,加强信息化培训和队伍建设,采取立项建设的机制,充分调动技术人员和管理人员的积极性和创造性。
Management informationalization, carried out together with the internal management restructuring in colleges and universities since the beginning of 21st century, is of great importance to deepening their internal management system reform, optimizing their management resources, and improving their management efficacy. However, restricted by their impetus, mechanism and culture, management informationization can not satisfy the needs of their reform and development. This paper analyzes the causes for the restrictions and suggests that they should speed up the management informationalization by making the informationalization demand-oriented and progressive, strengthening training of the administrative staff in informationalization, and establishing a project management mechanism to mobilize the initiative and the creativity of the technical and management staff.
