摘要
介绍膏体充填采煤方法,强调充填支架的关键作用。运用UG软件建立支架顶梁的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS环境中,针对扭转和偏载两种危险工况对顶梁进行有限元分析。得出的应力分布情况和危险部位,为充填支架顶梁的设计提供可靠的理论依据。
Describes the paste-stowing mining method, and emphasizes the master key of the support to it. Using UG software builds 3-dimensitonal solid model of canopy, and then guides in ANSYS environment. The finite element analysis of canopy strength has been carried out under conditions of torsion and partial loads. The gaining stress distribution and dangerous places give credible theoretical references to the design of stowing support.
