摘要
通过对酮苯装置上使用蒸汽汽提及改用氮气汽提两种技术方案的能耗及费用的比较，说明了采用氮气汽提对产品质量、油收率、能耗等都有诸多益处，并对现有装置的改造的可行性进行了简要的阐述。
A comparison between steam stripping and nitrogen gas stripping for benzene acetone unit in energy consumption and cost was made,indicating that nitrogen gas stripping is good for production quality,the oil′s yield and energy consumption. And the feasibility of reformation for available units was described in brief.
