摘要
对炼油厂酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收(多效蒸发)系统用能状况进行了系统的分析,提出了重油蜡液、轻油蜡下油和轻油脱油蜡三个子系统的节能改造优化策略:根据夹点理论找出各子系统的用能极限,综合初始网络得出一个局部最优解,在局部最优解的基础上对系统的操作参数进行优化,从而使初始网络进一步逼近全局最优解,收到很好的节能效果.
In this paper, the energy saving and optimal operation policy has been proposed for solvent recovery system of the ketone-benzene dewaxing process . It is to find the limit (or called global optimization solution) of using energy based on the pinch technology, integrate the retrofit heat exchanger network and to optimize operation conditions. The network created by using the policy is very close to global optimization solution and has made a large energy saving in refinery.
