棉织物的Eurolan NC生物抛光染色同浴工艺 被引量:2

摘要 采用纤维素酶Eurolan NC和活性染料对棉织物进行生物抛光和染色同浴加工。分析了pH值和电解质(硫酸钠)用量对纤维素酶Eurolan NC稳定性的影响,发现在pH值4.9—7.5和硫酸钠质量浓度为10-80g/L时,Eurolan NC的相对活力可达90%以上,稳定性良好。试验结果表明,棉织物Eurolan NC生物抛光与染色同浴处理,可获得与分浴处理相同的效果,处理后织物表面茸毛较少,纹路清晰,抗起毛起球等级提高,且不影响活性染料染色。 Bio-polishing with cellulase Eurolan NC and reactive dyeing of cotton fabric were carried out in one bath. Influences of pH value and electrolyte (sodium sulfate) dosage on Eurolan NC were investigated. It was found that Eurolan NC was stable with enzyme activity more than 90% under conditions of pH value 4.9 - 7.5 and sodium sulfate 10 - 80 g/L. One bath bio-polishing and dyeing process could obtain the same effect as that of traditional two-bath process, and had no negative effect on reactive dyeing results. Fabric treated with the new process featured clear surface and improved anti-pilling property.
