摘要
采用抗菌整理剂SCJ-891对涤锦超细纤维毛巾进行抗菌整理,探讨SCJ-891用量对涤锦超细纤维毛巾布染色K/S值、毛效和抑菌率的影响。结果表明,采用涤锦超细纤维分散染色时,加入2 g/L抗菌整理剂SCJ-891同浴加工,在浴比1∶15,130℃保温30 min的条件下,加工的织物具有优异的抗菌性能,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率大于99.9%,且染色织物的K/S值和毛效基本不受影响。
Antibacterial finish was carried on supermicro polyester/polyamide towel with an antibacterial agent SCJ-891. Influences of SCJ 891 dosage on K/S value, capillary effect and bacterial inhibition were discussed. It was found that one bath dyeing of supermicro polyester/polyamide towel with disperse dyes and 2.0 g/L antibacterial agent SCJ-891 at 130 ℃ for 30 minutes had good results, the antibacterial inhibition of staphylococcus aureus was more than 99.9%, little change in K/S value and capillary effect occurred.
