摘要
对我国卫生资源地区分布的均衡性和公平性进行对比研究,用DEA(Data Envelope Analysis)测算我国地区卫生资源的利用效率,就影响我国卫生资源效率的因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,我国卫生资源总量在各省间分布公平,但是区域之间利用效率差别很大,东部利用效率最高,中部其次,西部最低。在影响我国卫生资源利用效率的主要因素中,经济发展水平、人口密度和政府对医疗卫生的支出均对卫生资源的利用效率有积极影响,而医疗机构强度有负面影响。
The paper studied on the geographical distribution of China＇s health resources and then estimates the utilization efficiency of China＇s regional health resource,finally it has made an empirical study about the impact factors of China＇s health resources efficiency.The results showed that the total amount distribution of health resources in this country between province-level is rather equity,but their use efficiency vary greatly between regions.The utilization efficiency of the eastern-China is in the highest,followed by central-China and then move to western-China.The economic development level,population density and government expenditures on health have positive impact on the use efficiency of health resources,while the density of medical institutions have a negative impact effect.
