摘要
湿法成型方法在降低粉体团聚,改善素坯显微结构均匀性方面有着明显的优势.本工作研究了二元体系Y-TZP/α-Al2O3形成稳定浆料的流变性质,在制备了具有较高固体含量的浆料基础上进行了凝胶注模成型.结果表明,在pH值为9—10的范围内可以制备出固体体积分数分别为50%和45%的以α-Al2O3为主或以Y-TZP为主的浆料.尽管每一种组分都对复合体系的流变性产生影响,但具有较低稳定程度的氧化锆起决定作用,在富含氧化锆的体系中,浆料的粘度和屈服力都大大提高.
The wet forming method has great advantage in reducing the agglomerates and improving the homogeneity of ceramics specimens. The rheological properties of binary slurries formed with Y-TZP and α -Al 2O 3 were investigated. A solid content as high as 50% in volume for gelcasting could be obtained in the pH range of 9—10. The difference in rheological properties of single system and binary system was compared. The less stable suspension of Y-TZP played an important role in the mixture.
