摘要
利用一种新型的分散剂——梳型共聚物poly(acrylic acid)-poly(ethylene oxide)(PAA-PEO),研究了pH、PAA-PEO的添加量以及固含量对Y-TZP/α-Al2O3-H2O悬浮液的流变性能的影响。结果表明:PAA-PEO对Y-TZP/α-Al2O3-H2O悬浮液有很好的分散性能,在pH为3的条件下,PAA-PEO能使固含量为30vol%的各种配比的Y-TZP/α-Al2O3-H2O悬浮液都达到稳定状态,并且制备出固含量为60vol%的稳定的Y-TZP/α-Al2O3-H2O浆料。
The rheological behaviors of ZrO2 - H2O and ZrO2/α-Al2O3 - H2O suspensions were studied in the paper using a new dispersant poly (acrylic acid) - poly (ethylene oxide) (PAA - PEO) comb polymer.The findings show that PAA- PEO has dispersion properties on Y-TZP/α-Al2O3- H2O suspension that when pH is 3, PAA - PEO can make the suspension with 30 vol% solid content and different proportioning reach stable state. Also, it can produce stable Y - TZP/α-Al2O3 - H2O sizing material with 60vo1%.
