摘要
观察可变脉宽５３２ｎｍ波长激光治疗皮肤血管异常性疾病的效果。用不同脉宽的ＶＰ５３２ｎｍ波长激光结合冷却疗法治疗各种皮肤血管异常性疾病，观察其疗效及并发症。治疗鲜红斑痣、草莓样血管瘤、蜘蛛样血管瘤、血管痣、毛细血管扩张等皮肤血管异常性疾病共１３８例，均取得了满意的疗效，较传统的方法相比，疗效更为明显。可变脉宽５３２ｎｍ波长激光治疗皮肤血管异常性疾病效果可靠。
Objective: Observe the results of skin vascular lesions treatedt with Overtone Nd: YAG 532 nm laser. The different pulse width of VP 532 nm laser combining with cryo-therapy were employed in the treatment of skin vascular lesions, the results and complications were observed. 138 cases of various skin vascular lesions, such as port wine stain, strawberry nevus, cherry angioma and telangiectasia, were treated, satisfactory results were obtained, and it was more effective than the ordinary methods. Conclusion: Trustworthy effects could be obtained in the treatment of skin vascular lesions with Overtone Nd: YAG 532 nm laser. It was important to prevent the thermal damage in local areas and the pigmentation after the treatment.
