摘要
目的:评价子宫丸外治法干预治疗低级别宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法:对2006年1月—2008年6月本院门诊行薄层液基细胞学检查(TCT)ASC-US以上者,经阴道镜下活检,组织学诊断为CINⅠ～Ⅱ患者77例,分为3组进行回顾性分析。观察组、对照组分别予子宫丸、安达芬宫颈上药,连续治疗3个月;空白对照组不予特殊处理。停药两周后TCT复查ASC-US以上者,阴道镜下活检,送病理,重新判定组织学CIN级别。结果:①CIN转阴率:观察组与对照组CIN转阴率分别为54.76%、45.00%,均明显高于空白对照组13.33%(P<0.01,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组CIN转阴率有高于对照组趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②CIN级别降低率:3个月后观察组与对照组CIN级别降低率分别为69.05%、65.00%,均明显高于空白对照组20.00%(P<0.01,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组CIN级别降低率有高于对照组趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③治疗后观察组带下增多例数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:①子宫丸和安达芬对低级别CIN的治疗均有疗效;②子宫丸治疗低级别CIN,CIN转阴率、级别降低率疗效优于安达芬;③子宫丸对低级别CIN带下增多症状疗效明显。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the external therapy treatment by womb pill on neckofuterus＇ epidermis low level lump change. Method：the people with the outpatient service in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2008 who had the thin layer fluid basal cell study inspection （TCT）,which are above ASC-US,after the vaginoscope under the biopsy,which the histology diagnosis is CIN Ⅰ～Ⅱ.There are 77 examples,which were dividing into three groups to carry on the review analysis. The observation group,the control group which was separately given the to apply of medicine by womb pill and the and fen,treats continuously for 3 months; the blank control group does not give the special handling. Stops the medicine for two weeks later,reexamines the patients who＇s TCT were above ASC-US,also the vaginoscope the biopsy,do the pathology inspection again,redetermines the histology CIN rank. Result：① the rate of restores normal of CIN：The observation group and control group the rate of restores normal of CIN respectively are 54.76%,45.00%,obviously is higher than the blank control group 13.33% （P0.01,P0.05）,the difference with statistics significance; the rate of restores normal of CIN of Observation group is higher than the control group tendency,but difference non-statistics significance （P0.05）;②CIN rank reduction rate：3 months later,the observation group and the control group CIN rank reduction rate respectively is 69.05%,65.00%,obviously higher than the blank control group 20.00% （P0.01,P0.05）,the difference has statistics significance. The observation group CIN rank reduction rate has is higher than the control group tendency,but difference non-statistics significance （P0.05）;③After the treatment,observation group morbid leucorrhoea increases the example number obvious reduction,the difference has statistics significance （P0.05）. Conclusion：①The womb pill and the andafen have the curative effect to the low rank CIN treatment; ②The womb pill treatment of low rank CIN,the rate of restores normal of CIN,the rank reduction rate curative effect are surpass the andafen; ③The womb pill increases the symptom curative effect to the low rank CIN morbid leucorrhoea to be obvious.
