鱼腥草联合中药汤剂治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变、HPV感染并宫颈炎的临床观察 被引量:37

摘要 目的:探讨鱼腥草联合中药汤剂对宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia,CIN)、人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染并宫颈炎(Cervicitis)的疗效。方法:81例宫颈CINⅠ并HPV阳性伴宫颈炎的患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为鱼腥草组(35例)、干扰素组(34例)、空白对照组(12例),连续治疗3个疗程后对临床疗效进行分析。结果:鱼腥草组HPV转阴率62.86%,与干扰素组之间差异无统计学意义(P1>0.0125),与空白组之间结果比较有统计学意义(P2<0.0125);鱼腥草组CINⅠ的有效率为60.00%,与干扰素组之间差异无统计学意义(P1>0.0125),与空白组之间差异有统计学意义(P2<0.0125);鱼腥草对宫颈糜烂的有效率为77.14%,与干扰素组和空白组之间差异均有统计学意义(P1、P2<0.0125)。结论:鱼腥草能提高宫颈HPV的转阴率,并能有效治疗宫颈炎。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of heartleaf houttuynia herb and TCM decoction in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),Human papillomavirus(HPV) infection complicated with cervicitis.Methods:81 cases with CIN I and HPV infection complicated with cervicitis were randomized into heartleaf houttuynia Herb group(35 cases),Interferon group(34 cases) and blank control group(12 cases).The therapeutic effect was ana lyzed after three continuous courses of treatment.Result:The HPV negative conversion ratio of heartleaf houttuynia herb group was higher than the blank control group(P2〈0.0125),but there was not statistically significant compared with Interferon group(P1〉0.0125).The effective power of heartleaf houttuynia herb group on treating CINⅠhad statistical significance with blank group(P2〈0.0125),but was not statistically different with Interferon group(P1〉0.0125);The effective rate of heartleaf houttuynia herb in treating cervical erosion has statistical difference compared with Interferon group and blank group(P1、P2〈0.0125).Conclusion:Heartleaf houttuynia herb can elevate the negative conversion ratio of HPV and effectively treat Cervicitis.
