摘要
目的:观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染的效果。方法:将72例呼吸道合胞病毒感染的毛细支气管炎和肺炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组36例于常规治疗基础上加用小青龙汤加减方。对照组36例仅给予常规治疗。结果:治疗组显效8例,有效26例,无效2例,总有效率94.4%;对照组显效6例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率69.4%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:小青龙汤加减治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染安全有效,可以缩短病程及提高临床治愈率。
Objective：To Observe the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction addition and subtraction on children with respiratory syncytial virus infection. Method：Choose 72 RSV-infected infants suffering from Bronchiolitis and Pneumonia,taking the simple random method to divide into two groups.Two groups （36 cases per group） were both given Conventional treatment while treating group was given Xiaoqinglong Decoction additionally. Results：In treating group 8 cases were Markedly effective,26 cases were effective and 2 cases were of no avail,the total effective rate was 94.4%;in control group which were respectively6,19,11,69.4% in proper order.The total effective rate of two groups show significant deviation（P0.05）. There was no obvious side effects in treating group. Conclusion：The curative effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction addition and subtraction on children with respiratory syncytial virus infection was comparatively safe and precise. And which could really shorten course of disease and improve clinical cure rate.
