摘要
针对高速铁路钢轨损伤人工检修困难的问题,依据脉冲涡流无损检测原理,在ARM微处理器系统的基础上,优化设计一套以S3C44B0X控制芯片为核心的便携式高速铁路钢轨无损检测仪。简单讨论了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的软件设计,并着重阐述了仪器主要模块的硬件设计。试验表明:仪器可以快速地检测钢轨损伤的存在并且及时发出报警,同时对数据进行存储和显示,能够较好地解决人工检测难的问题。
Aiming at the difficulty of overhauling the high-speed railway damages by manual work, a novel portable surveymeter based on the pulsed eddy current non-destructive testing principle and the ARM microprocessor system was proposed. This paper simply demonstrated the software designing of μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system, and then mainly discusses the hardware designing of the primary function modules of the detector. The experiment results show that the device is able to detect the existence of rail damages quickly and alarm immediately, then show and storage the data. In summary, it effectively resolve the difficulty of manual detection.
