摘要
为了可靠、稳定的测量压力数据,采用HY11P12单片机和US9011压力传感器设计了一种低成本、智能化的数字压力传感器;主要介绍了数字压力传感器的硬件组成与软件设计,详细阐述了读数滤波方法和采用RBF网络模型温度补偿的方法,并对不同温度下不同压力值做了测试;测试数据与25℃的标准值比较,压力低于4bar时不同温度下偏差均低于0.02bar,压力超过4bar时偏差略有增大,但也低于0.04bar,测试结果表明该数字压力传感器精度较高,温度稳定性较好,再加上成本低、智能化的特点具有很强的实用性。
Absrtact: In order to have a reliable and stable measuring pressure data, a kind of low cost and intelligent digital pressure sensor is de signed which consists of the HYllP12 microcontroller and US9011 pressure sensor. This paper mainly introduces the digital pressure sen sor hardware composition and software design, describes in detail the reading filtering and the RBF network model temperature compensation method, and different pressure value under the different temperature were tested. The test data is compared with 25℃ standard value, the deviation is less than 0. 02 bar under different temperature when the pressure is below 4 bar, the deviation slightly increases when the pres sure is more than 4 bar, but it also is lower than 0. 04 bar. The test result shows that the digital pressure sensor is high precision and good temperature stability, it has a strong practicability coupled with the lowcost and intelligent characteristic.
