摘要
铝及铝合金材料以导电性好、防腐性好、质量轻(密度小)等物理化学性能在高压输变电设备上得到广泛应用,特别是在高压隔离开关上的应用。通过对比铝及铝合金材料的化学成分来分析其主要的物理性能,结果发现,不同化学成分的铝及铝合金材料,其主要的物理性能差别很大,而这些物理性能决定了它们被如何使用在高压隔离开关的不同部位,使其物尽其能。
Aluminium and aluminium alloys are featured with good properties of conductivity, anti-corrosion, and light weight (small density). They have been widely used in high voltage transmission and distribution equipment, especially in high voltage disconnectors. This paper analyzes the major physical properties of aluminium and aluminium alloys by comparing their chemical compositions, and finds that these physical properties varies significantly for different materials. Proper applications of the materials to different parts of disconnectors depend on their physical properties.
