摘要
早期未完善的GW4型隔离开关产品在现场调试和维护过程中,有时会出现左、右触头不能正常啮合,操作力矩大,合闸后触指单侧压紧,分闸后左右两侧导电臂不平行等现象,笔者对GW4型隔离开关产品的分合闸轨迹进行了分析,在此基础上揭示了传动底座上主动拐臂和从动拐臂的长度及起始角度、交叉连杆的长度、左右导电臂长度的分配比例与上述现象之间的关系,并提出了优化选择传动拐臂的起始角度,固定交叉连杆的长度,合理分配左右导电臂长度的改进措施。
During the process of the on-site commission and maintenance of GW4 disconnector unperfected in earlier time, the following phenomena happen sometimes: The left and right contacts couldn' t be properly engaged; operating torque was large; there was unilateral compression on contact finger after closing; conducting arms on the left and right sides were not parallel after opening. On the basis of path-analysis on opening and closing circuit of GW4 disconnector, this paper reveals the relationship between these phenomena and the distribution proportion of the following parts: the length and initial angle of active crank and passive crank, the length of cross bar linkage, and the length of left and fight conducting arm, and proposes the optimized initial angle of transmission crank, the length for fixing the cross bar linkage, and the optimization improvements for reasonable distribution of the length of left and fight conducting arm.
