摘要
采用抽样调查方法对鄱阳湖区流动渔、船民进行了血吸虫感染情况调查。问卷调查流动渔、船民1 841人,间接血凝试验(IHA)筛查1 466人,阳性544人,Kato-Katz法粪检IHA阳性者498人,粪检阳性102人,鄱阳湖区流动渔、船民血吸虫感染率为7.60%,显著高于当地一般人群感染率(1.24%)(χ2=20.987,P<0.01)。
Fishermen in the Poyang Lake area were sampled to ascertain schistosome infection. One thousand eight hundred and forty-one were surveyed with a questionnaire. One-thousand four hundred and sixty-six were screened with IHA; of these, 544 were positive. The Kato Katz technique was used to examine 498 of the IHA-positive fisherman, and 102 were found to be positive. Accordingly, the infection rate among fishermen （7.6 % ） was significantly higher than that among the general population （1.24%）（χ^2-20. 987,P〈0.01）.
