摘要
以辣椒、大豆和大麦为材料,以氮气为传压介质,在24-26MPa高压条件下,对3种作物的种子分别进行了4h、8h的高压处理,以未处理的种子作为对照,初步探讨了高压氮气处理种子对3种作物早期生长发育的影响。结果表明:高压氮气处理种子对供试作物的萌发率、辣椒的出苗率和移栽成活率、大麦苗期的生长发育速度均有一定程度的影响,但其影响大小、影响方向存在一定的物种和品种差异。其中,高压氮气处理对五彩椒和大麦种子萌发及幼苗生长主要表现为抑制作用,而对大豆则表现为促进作用。
In order to study the effect of high pressure nitrogen gas treating seeds on the germination of crops, the seeds of soybean(Glycine max (L.)Merri. ), pepper(Capsicum annuum L. )and barley(Nordeum vulgare L. )were treated with 24-26 MPa high pressure nitrogen gas. The results indicated that the ratio of germination of the three crops,the survival seedling rate of pepper and the seedling growth speed of barely were significant influenced with the high pressure nitrogen gas treatment seeds. But there were still some differences in different species or cultivars. As for the pepper and barley,the germination and seedling growth were inhibited in the treatment group, but as for the soybean, it was on the contrary.
