摘要
目的探讨保肝汤对酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠的预防和治疗作用。方法以酒精灌胃加高脂饮食的方法建立酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型。分设空白对照组、模型组、阳性药(硫普罗宁片)治疗组、保肝汤预防组和治疗组(设3.30、7.50、15.00 g生药/kg三个剂量)。观察指标为:(1)动物一般情况(饮食、活动等);(2)肝脏系数;(3)肝组织脂肪变性程度;(4)血清ALT和AST水平。结果(1)模型组动物一般情况较空白对照组差,各药物组较模型组均有不同程度改善;(2)模型组与空白对照组比较肝脏系数显著升高(P<0.01);药物组与模型组比较:保肝汤预防组和治疗组肝脏系数均不同程度下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);(3)模型组肝组织脂肪变性程度(积分)较空白对照组严重(P<0.01),预防组和治疗组脂肪变性程度均较模型组明显减轻(P<0.05,P<0.01);(4)与空白对照组比较,模型组血清AST(P<0.05)和ALT(P<0.01)含量显著升高;药物组血清AST和ALT均较模型组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论保肝汤有预防和治疗酒精性脂肪肝作用。
Aim To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of baogantang decoction on alcoholic fatty liver rats. Methods The model of alcoholic fatty liver rats were established by feeding liquor and high fat diet four weeks. Rats were divided into baogantang decoction groups including prevention group and treatment groups （high-, medium-and low-dose group） , corresponding control groups （blank groups and model groups） and tiopronin treatment group. Indices include state of health, body weight,liver weight liver index, observation of liver stained and serum ALT, AST. Results Compared with the blank group, the general state of health of model group was bad. This condition could be improved by medicines to different degrees. Compared with blank group, the liver index was significantly higher in model group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, the liver index was lower in prevention group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Baogantang decoction treatment groups and tiopronin group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with blank group, fatty degeneration of liver cells were severe in model group （P 〈0.01 ）,but medicines could relieve the degree of fatty degeneration（ P 〈 0.05 ）;Compared with blank group, the levels of serum AST（ P 〈 0.05 ） and ALT（ P 〈 0.01 ） were higher in modcl group and medicines could also decrease these indexes. Conclusion Baogan tang decoction had the effects of preventing and treating alcoholic fatty liver.
