摘要
通过建立省域人力资本投资评价指标体系,对中国大陆29省、市、自治区2008年度截面数据进行聚类分析。结果表明我国省域人力资本投资划分为四个梯度,存在一定的非均衡性。在将来人力资本投资安排上,北京和上海应该继续发挥其示范效应,发达省份应均衡布局其投资结构,欠发达省份则应有所侧重。
This paper analyses the section data of 29 provinces and cities in China in year 2008 by cluster analysis through establishing provincial human capital investment assessment index system,demonstrating the non-proportionaliny of China＇s provincial human capital investment and putting forward the corresponding policy suggestion.
