摘要
运用多元统计的主成分分析法对江苏科技与经济发展水平的协调性进行实证分析。基于2000—2007年的相关数据计算了江苏科技与经济发展的主成分得分,进行排序、等级差和相关性分析。结果表明:江苏科技与经济之间具有高度相关性和协调性,科技发展水平的提高可以带动区域经济的发展;区域经济的发展也为科技水平的提高提供经济支撑。江苏要继续加大科技经费的投入,优化科技投入结构;发挥科技资源优势,加速科技成果转化;提高引进外资的技术层次,促进国外引进技术的消化吸收再创新。
This paper makes empirical analysis on the coordination between the development of science & technology and economic development in Jiangsu. Using data of Jiangsu from 2000 to 2007, the paper calculates, sorts and lists rank differences of the principal component cores of science & technology and economy development in Jiangsu, and then makes correlative analysis. The research shows that science & teclmology and economiy are developing with a high degree of correlation and coordination in Jiangsu. Raising the level of scientific and technological development can foster regional economic development. On the other hand, regional economic development also can provide economic support for science and technology. The government of Jiangsu should continue to increase investment in science and technology funds, optimize the structure of the input, exert seience & technology resourees advantage, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improve the technical level of introducing foreign investment, promote digestion and absorption and re-innovation of imported technology.
