摘要
本文以科学发展观为指导思想,分析了我国县域科技进步与经济发展协调性的理论内涵,进而构建了科技进步与经济发展协调性的指标体系和计算模型,选择相关县域进行了实证分析。最后,以统计分析为基础,得出相关结论并提出了要重视科技投入的使用效率等政策建议。
Guided by the view of scientific development, this paper analyses the theory on the coordination between scientific and technological progress and economical development of Chinese counties. Then the paper constructs the index system and calculation model, and gives an empirical analysis based on several counties. Finally, relevant conclusions are drawn, followed by such suggestions as to strive for higher efficiency of using the input in science and technology.
