摘要
为探讨老年糖尿病骨质疏松（ＯＰ）的影响因素，老年糖尿病组２１４例，老年对照组１１０例，照胸腰椎Ｘ线片诊断ＯＰ。老年糖尿病例分为ＯＰ组、非ＯＰ组，测定血清白蛋白、胰岛素、体质指数（ＢＭＩ）、雌二醇、睾酮，计算糖尿病慢性血管并发症的发生率。发现胸腰椎ＯＰ发生率，老年糖尿病组为６０．７５％，老年对照组为４６．３６％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＯＰ组的血清白蛋白、餐后２小时胰岛素、ＢＭＩ、雌二醇、睾酮显著低于非ＯＰ组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。糖尿病慢性血管并发症发生率ＯＰ组为５３．８５％，非ＯＰ组为３２．１４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
To explore effect factors of osteoporosis in senile patients with diabetes mellitus(DM),osteoporosis was diagnosed by roentgenograph on thoracic vertebrae and lumber vertebrae in group of 214 senile DM and group of 110 senile control.Senile DM were divided into group osteoporosis and group non osteoporosis,who were measured serum albumin,insulin,body mass index(BMI),estradiol,testosterone,and figured out the occurring frequency of chronic vascular complications on DM.It was found that the occurring frequency of osteoporosis on thoracic vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae was 60 75% in group of senile DM and was 46 36% in group of senile control( P <0 01).Serum albumin,postprandial 2 hours insulin,BMI,estradiol,testosterone decreased significantly when group osteoporosis compared with group non osteoporosis( P <0 01 or P <0 001).The occurring frequency of chronic vascular complication on DM was 53.85% in group osteoporosis and was 32.14% in group non osteoporosis.It suggests the above six factors are effect factors of diabetic osteoporosis.
