摘要
目的探讨肾上腺外伤性血肿的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术或CT随访证实的8例肾上腺外伤性血肿的CT表现。结果所有患者均为右侧肾上腺血肿,肾周脂肪内出现条纹状出血影5例,合并右侧膈肌脚增粗6例,合并其他脏器损伤8例。结论螺旋CT能准确显示肾上腺血肿的影像改变,对肾上腺血肿的诊断具有重要价值,可作为首选方法。
Objective To study the CT manifestations and its diagnostic value in the adrenal injuirous hematomas. Methods The CT features of 8 cases adrenal injurious hematoma by operation or following-up CT scaning. Results Unilateral adrenal hematomas in 8 cases （ all right） ,There were some stripe-like hemorrhagic high density within perienal fat in 5 eases;local enlarged diaphramgrnatic Crura in 6 cases;And other organ injury in 8 cases. Conclusion Spiral CT scanning can accurately show much pathoanatomic changes of adrenal hematomas, and has very important evaluation for diagnosis of adrenal hematomas, may be first.
