摘要
目的:观察Nd:YAG激光照射狗牙牙髓后的变化,了解Nd:YAG激光照射条件与牙髓反应的关系。方法:肉眼及组织病理学切片法。结果:接受每秒10个脉冲、输出能量50mJ照射的牙,术后早期,创伤牙髓的愈合优于对照组;术后28d及84d有程度不同的牙本质桥形成,根部牙髓无明显异常,组织学疗效评价均成功。大能量Nd:YAG激光用于切髓术有较强的损伤作用。
Aim: To investigate the effects of laser irradiation on the wound healing of amputated pulp.Methods: Mongrel dogs' premolar roots were used. After the amputation of pulp,the surface of the pulpotomized pulp was irradiated with Nd:YAG laser. Then ,they were dressed with calcium hydroxide and sealed with a glass ionomar cement.Non irradiated amputated pulps were served as controls. Results: The subsequent histological examination of the irradiated teeth showed that the wound healing of the irradiated pulp seemed to be better than that of controls at the first postoperative week, Dentin bridge formation in the irradiation pulp was facilitated at 7 and 28 days after operation.The laser irradiation under the condition of 10 pulse per second, output energy 100mJ didn't damage the amputated pulps but activate the formation of dentin bridge. Conclusions: Lower energy output irradiation tended to be more facilitated than the control group at the first postoperative week.The accuracy evaluation of the wound healing of amputated pulp or exposed pulp did not depend on the formation of secondary dentin ,but on pulpal vitality.
