Vitapex在年轻恒牙可复性牙髓炎治疗中的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察年轻恒牙患可复性牙髓炎时,Vitapex药物在治疗中的临床效果.方法 选择年轻恒牙经临床诊断为可复性牙髓炎,X线片显示牙根尚未完全形成的患牙共166颗,按照患者就诊先后顺序随机分为两组.试验组85颗牙,使用Vitapex药物,对照组81颗牙,使用氢氧化钙糊剂.对两组封药后的疼痛及牙髓恢复情况的临床效果进行评价.结果 封药后试验组轻度疼痛的发生率为90.59%,对照组为77.78%,封药后两组疼痛差异有统计学意义(x2 =5.15,P<0.05),试验组优于对照组.封药1月后患牙牙髓恢复情况,试验组治愈率93.98%,对照组治愈率89.61%,试验组治愈率高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=3.98,P<0.05).结论 Vitapex在年轻恒牙患可复性牙髓炎的治疗中,可利用其药理作用,以保存牙髓活力的方法,使其牙根正常发育,具有良好的临床效果,值得广泛推广. Objective To observe clinical effect of Vitapex drugs in the treatment of young permanent teeth with reversible pulpitis. Methods 166 young permanent teeth diagnosed with reversible pulpitis whose roots had not yet fully formed showed by X-ray film were chosen. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with visiting order. Test group (85 teeth) took Vitapex drugs, while control group (81 teeth) took calcium hydroxide paste. Evaluated pain and reversible situation of two groups after medicine-taking. Results After medicine-taking, the mild pain incidence rate of test group was 90.59%, and that of control group was 77.78%, with significant difference between two groups (X 2 = 5.15, P 〈 0.05). 1 month after medicine-taking, the cure rate of test group was 93.98%, and that of control group was 89.61%, with significant difference between two groups (X 2 = 3.98, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Vitapex in the treatment of young permanent teeth can keep pulp vitality of teeth, make teeth root develop normally through its pharmacological action, which has a good clinical effect and is worthy of wide popularization.
