摘要
取代吲哚-3-甲醛与2，6-吡啶二甲酰肼在冰醋酸中发生缩合反应，合成了五种含吲哚基吡啶-2，6-二甲酰腙化合物，收率90％～94％，其结构经IR和^1H NMR确证。
Five novel pyridine-2,6-dimethylhydrazones were synthesized by condensation of pyridine-2,6-dimethylhydrazines with substituted indole-3-carboxaldehydes using acetic acid as the catalyst with a yield of 90%～94%.The target compounds were identified by IR and()~1H NMR.
