摘要
取代吲哚-3-甲醛与2,6-吡啶二甲酰肼在冰醋酸中发生缩合反应,合成了五种含吲哚基吡啶-2,6-二甲酰腙化合物,收率90%~94%,其结构经IR和^1H NMR确证。
Five novel pyridine-2,6-dimethylhydrazones were synthesized by condensation of pyridine-2,6-dimethylhydrazines with substituted indole-3-carboxaldehydes using acetic acid as the catalyst with a yield of 90%~94%.The target compounds were identified by IR and()~1H NMR.
