浅析酒店大学生员工流失对策 被引量:4

摘要 员工是酒店生存和发展的支柱,员工的素质是决定酒店未来的主要因素,建立一支稳定而又高素质的员工队伍是酒店在未来的激烈竞争中赢得长足发展的重要保障。然而,长期以来,大多数酒店在引进大学生员工时都陷入了"招聘—流失—再招聘—再流失"的怪圈,员工队伍一直不稳定,员工整体素质一直得不到提升。文章从大学生自身出发,找出酒店大学生员工流失的原因,并针对这些原因提出相关的解决措施。
