摘要
液压调节阀是装载机液压系统中的重要元件之一。通过阐述液压调节阀的结构和工作原理,在理论分析的基础上,进行了基于AMEsim的液压系统仿真。分析结果表明,通过合理选择参数,优化特性,可以得到较好的静动态特性,为此类阀的设计提供了一定的参考价值。
Hydraulic control valve is one of the important components in the loader hydraulic system.The article through the elaboration of hydraulic control valve's structure and the principle of work, in the theoretical analysis foundation, has carried on based on the AMEsim hydraulic system simulation. Analysis results show that a reasonable choice of parameters and optimize the features, may get a better static and dynamic characteristics, and has provided certain reference value for this kind of valve.
