摘要
如何保证和监控教学质量是关乎合格人才的培养、现代远程教育的生存和发展的根本问题;规范教学过程、建设高水平的专兼职教师队伍和优秀的教学资源是保证教学质量的关键。只有科学地实施教学过程,构建质量保障体系,教育质量才能得到保证,现代远程教育才会健康有序的发展。
How to ensure and monitor the quality of teaching is concerned the training of qualified personnel,the development of modern distance education. Standardized teaching process and construction of high-level part-time teachers and excellent teaching resources is the key to ensure the quality of teaching. Only to implement the teaching process scientifically,to construction quality assurance system,the quality of education can be guaranteed and the modern distance education can be healthy and orderly developme.
