摘要
分析了目前顶岗实习存在的主要问题及原因,提出了要加强顶岗实习的规范管理,如加大经费投入、健全考核机制、完善考核方法等以保证顶岗实习的质量,同时要注重指导教师队伍的建设以及顶岗实习与就业工作有机结合,通过顶岗实习,从而开创学校、学生、企业、社会多赢的新局面。
This paper analysed the main problems and reasons of current Dinggang intership, put forward to strengthen the normative management of Dinggang practice, such as increasing financial input, improving the evaluation mechanism and the examination methods in order to ensure the quality of DingGang practice, at the same time pay attention to the building of guide teacher profession and the combination of DingGang internships and mployment. By Ding Gang internships, create the win-win situation of colleges, students, enterprises, social.
