坦克炮控交流调速系统低脉动直接转矩控制研究

摘要 坦克炮控系统中的交流电机采用一种新型控制策略,在传统型直接转矩控制方法的基础上进行了改进设计,利用电压脉宽调节器代替开关表,通过预测计算定子磁链矢量需要的变化量来补偿磁链和转矩的偏差,有效地减小了电流和转矩脉动。针对某型坦克炮控调速系统所用电机,分别利用基本型DTC和改进型DTC控制进行仿真研究,比较结果表明,基于电压矢量调制的直接转矩控制方法对坦克火炮调速系统的转矩和转速控制具有明显的改进效果。 A new kind of control strategy was introduced based on the improved direct torque control (DTC) of AC motor in tank gun control system. Based on the traditional direct torque control method, improved design of the system was performed. By use of voltage pulse width modulation instead of switch table, through predicting stator flux vector required to compensate flux and torque errors, the ripples of current and torque were effectively determined and decreased. For the purposes of motor of a tank gun driving system, the traditional DTC and improved DTC were used to carry out simulation research, and the comparison results showed that the direct torque control method of tank gun driving system based on vector modulation can significantly improve speed and torque effectiveness of tank gun regulating system.
