微囊化免疫隔离技术在胰岛移植中的应用现状 被引量:1

摘要 胰岛移植被认为是攻克Ⅰ型糖尿病的有力治疗手段,但胰岛细胞供体的缺乏与移植后的免疫排斥反应仍是胰岛移植不可回避的两大难题。免疫隔离技术的出现,为胰岛移植提供了新的思路。当然,新技术的应用必然也伴随着新的问题与挑战。本文就微囊化免疫隔离技术的发展、目前在胰岛移植中的应用状况、遇到的问题及解决方案、未来的研究方向等方面做一综述。
