异种肝细胞移植进展 被引量：2

摘要 肝细胞移植是治疗严重肝脏疾病的有效方法。在动物实验中,已证明猪肝细胞移植可改善急性肝衰竭大鼠的预后。但肝细胞移植尤其是异种肝细胞移植还有一些关键问题有待解决。此文就当前异种肝细胞移植作一综述。 hepatocyte transplantation is effective in the treatment of serve hepatic disease. Porcine hepatocytes transplantation can improve prognosis of acute hepatic failure rats. But some problems should be conquered in xenogeneic hepatocytes transplantation.
