摘要
目的探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法我院2005—2008年共收治的外阴白色病变患者50例,随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例);治疗组患者采用超声治疗仪进行治疗,对照组采用传统药物治疗并2%氢化可的松软膏涂抹外阴,观察比较两组临床症状、体征变化。结果超声治疗组治愈率和总有效率高于对照组,采用2χ检验,差异有高度显著性(60.0%vs 36.0%,88%vs 60%,均P<0.05);超声治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(8.0%vs 52.0%,P<0.01)。结论聚焦超声用于治疗外阴白色病变效果明显,是治疗外阴白色病变的一个新的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound for treating white lesion of vulva.Methods Fifty patients with white lesions of vulva in our hospital were divided randomly and equally into ultrasound group and traditional drug group,25 patients in each group.Patients in ultrasound group were treated with ultrasound.Those in traditional drug group were treated with testosterone propionate or 2% hydrocortisone.Results The rate of cure in ultrasound group was higher than that in traditional drug group（60.0% vs 36.0%,P0.01）.The rate of total response in ultrasound group was also higher than that in traditional drug group（88% vs 60%,P0.05）.The rate of recurrence in ultrasound group was lower than that in traditional drug group（8.0 % vs 52.0%,P0.01）.Conclusion Focused ultrasound is obviously effective for the treatment of patients with white lesion of vulva.This approach appears to be a new and good effective method.
