摘要
目的采用聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变,评价其临床效果。方法76例临床诊断为外阴白色病变且病理检查均符合者随机分为2组,超声治疗组40例和药物治疗组36例,治疗后进行疗效评价(按治愈、显效、好转、无效4级区分)。结果40例超声治疗外阴白色病变患者中,治愈12例(30.0%),显效16例(40.0%),好转10例(25.0%),无效2例(5.0%),总有效率95%。无效患者治疗后症状改善不明显,6个月后第2次超声治疗后症状缓解,外阴色素沉着。36例药物治疗组中,治愈0例,显效9例(25.0%),好转10例(25.0%),无效18例(50%),总有效率38.9%。两组总有效率比较,聚焦超声治疗组高于药物治疗对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论高能聚焦超声是目前治疗外阴白色病变的一种安全、有效的新方法,疗程短,患者易于接受,是目前无创治疗外阴白色病变的最佳选择,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of foe.used ultrasound treatment on white lesions of vulva. Methods Seventy - six cases of white lesions of vulva that comfired by clinic and pathology were divided into two groups randomly. One group was (40 patients)treated by ultrasound and the other group(36 patients)was treated by drugs. After treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated as grade of curing, excellence, improvement or invalidity. Results Among the 40 patients treated by ultrasound, curing was in 12 patients(30.0%), excellence in 16 patients(40.0%), improvement in 10 patients(25.0%) and invalidity in 2 patients (5.0%) .The symptoms of invalid patients were not obviously improved, they were treated by ultrasound again after six months, the symptoms were improved and there were pigmentary cirrhosis. So the total effective rate was 95%. Among the 36 patients treated by durgs, no patient was cured, excellence was in 9 patients (25.0%), improvement in 10 patients(25.0% ) and invalidity in 18 (50. 0% ) patients. So the total effective rate was 38.9%. Comparing the two groups, the total effective rate of the ultrosound treatment was higher than that of the durg treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Focused ultrasound treatment is a new , safe and valid method to treat the white lesions of vulva, and the course of treatment is short, so the patients could accept easily. It is the best choice to treat the white lesions of vulva at present and can be used generaly in clinic.
