摘要
本文首次报道了用透射电镜观察大白鼠的大脑皮质和海马内的突触小泡膜表面突起的超微结构,发现神经终末内的突触小泡膜表面有短突起的微细结构,借此使小泡与小泡、小泡与突触前膜、小泡与骨架发生联系,为突触小泡的转运。
The present article first reported the membrane surface processes of the synaptic vesicle in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of the rats using the technique of transmission electron microscopy. The result showed that the fine structure of the membrane surface processes of the synaptic vesicle within the nerve endings were always encountered. The short processes of the vesicle membrane surface were associated with the other synaptic vesicle, presynaptic membrane and cytoskeleton. The present work might provide the ultramorphological evidence of the synaptic transmission for the molecular Neurobiology and Physiology.
